The idea for Family Frames came to me as I was looking for a unique birthday gift for my wife. She lost her Dad when she was only 11, she's 41 now, and she always mentions she wishes she had more photos of him.

As a graphic designer, I took it upon myself to learn the latest technology and use that in conjunction with my design skills to make a realistic, touching portrait of them together as if they took the photo together yesterday. When I saw how much it moved her, I realized there are countless others who never got to take that one special photo - and that Family Frames could give them that gift too.
