How do I upload my photos?

How long does it take to receive my preview?
Within 2 days — yes, we even work weekends! We’ll email your preview for approval before printing.
Can I get a digital copy of the print for my phone’s wallpaper?
Yes — simply select the add-on at checkout. We provide this extra for a small fee.
What regions do you ship to and how long does shipping take?
We ship to most major countries.
US/CA/UK/EU: 2–5 days
AU/NZ: 4–7 days
We use premium carriers (DHL/FedEx/UPS) depending on your location. We don’t use slow mail and these are not shipped from China.

What’s your refund or redo policy?
Because each piece is custom, change-of-mind refunds aren’t available once you approve the print. Remember, you only approve after you see and love the final design.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Our printing partners use extra protection to make sure your print arrives intact. If it arrives damaged, simply contact us and email photos within 7 days and we’ll replace it for free. All orders are insured for transit damage.
